Why must I procrastinate so?

The tags on my car are nearly a month outdated. I haven't paid last month's rent. I can't bother with making a very important doctor's appointment. I know I should do something about the work deadline that is swiftly approaching. And the dishes are piling up like nobody's business! What is a girl to do?
