Was obviously Natalie Portman turning 20. Never again will she be a cute teen.

Technically, 20 is still part of the teens, just like 2000 was still part of the 20th century. Your precious Natalie is still a teen for another year.

But when she turns 21, does this mean she'll be off your list?

you are utterly incorrect, spaghetti:

thirTEEN
fourTEEN
fifTEEN
sixTEEN
sevenTEEN
eightTEEN
nineTEEN
twenty

and no, she isn't off my list. she has an air of purity and innocence that i suspect will continue forever.

How can I fault such logic? (none / 0) (#4)

Goodness, I'm pleased to know that the debate over the true start of the millenium has finally been resolved. Thank you for once again setting me straight.

how many times do you hear an 11 year old or 12 year old referred to as a "teen"? a twenty year old is not a teenager, but still ripe for the picking.

It's nowhere as cool or interesting as I thought it would be in the 70s. It's kind of like 1978, only the people at Burger King have green hair.
