I went to the doctor Wed, thank you sick leave, and he said no sports including running for 4 to 6 weeks. Well doesn't that suck a fat one? No running for at least 4 weeks.
In the waiting room I read about a guy who lost a 100 lbs and then gained some back in USAToday. He said it was hard to control what he ate when he wasn't excerising. I completely agree. Its easy to say no to a cookie or a piece of bread, or anything when I just ran. I don't want to ruin the results of what I just did. Its easy to find the motivation to eat right. But when I'm not running its hard to say no. I guess I need to ride a stationary bike or something gay like that for a while.
I'm looking forward to this next semester starting. Mostly because I leave home again. I'm only home for Thanksgiving break, winter break, spring break, and summer. I like being home seeing my friends, my family and that sort of thing but I can't stand living at home. My parents drive me crazy. Its like I'm usually at college where I have the freedom of living by myself and then I come back home and have to live under their rules. I leave next Saturday for school. So not too much longer. Well back to work.
