Dear Diary (haha just kidding)

I was recently doing a search for adequacy.org on Yahoo!. I really don't know why. I guess I wanted to see how many sites there are that make fun of the idiocies that infect many of the articles found on this site. Either that or boredom.

I found this page floating around on the web. The last line just screamed. I wonder why no body takes the TOS at adequacy.org seriously.
It fascinates me that adequacy.org's Terms of Service proclaims "we reserve the right to delete comments deemed inappropriate in tone or factually false." I can only conclude that this documented quest for truth applies only to comments, but not to staff-written articles.

I love it when every degenerate crawling around in the rotted intestine of the internet burrows to the surface and begins to make claims that this site is somehow inferior.

The fact is, we make you feel inferior. This is not intentional, but a byproduct of your own self-esteem issues (of which you obviously have many). Your only defense against this self-inflicted inferiority complex is to try to destroy everything around you.

Now go away and let a real woman talk.

no, IE5 has a nifty feature for this. when i need to search something i simply hit F3 and this little window pops up for me to enter my keywords and then the software searches the internet for me with its own search engine.

saves me the trouble of having to dick around with finding a search engine site and remembering it's internet address and all that crap.

I use My Sidebar in Netscape. I like my "favorite news/search" because it's so easy to remember. The articles on this page are amazing. A complete breakdown of how the WPA works and how to crack it.

Windows Product Activation. You know that whole anti-piracy thing that is supposed to keep regular folks from pruchasing one copy of WindowsXP and installing it on all their home computers.

The mdeia had a field day with it. The crack was out there awhile before XP's official release. The media had a field day with the story. The anti-piracy scheme MS touted as unbreakable wound up making MS look like idiots.

I'm looking a the mathematical calculations for how it works and how to crack it right now. Along with an executable that will do it for you.

Exactly. It amazes me that they continue to tout their products as the most stable and secure. Simply restating it or making it clearer that additional steps should be taken would work much better.

I don't think they will do so anytime soon though. Maybe when people become smart (yeah right) and/or more aware, they will.

saves me the trouble of having to dick around with finding a search engine site and remembering it's internet address and all that crap.

Yeah, it saves you trouble, but it's no good if the search results you get are bunk. If you haven't already, install the Google Toolbar - it not only offers the same ease of use, but it also guarantees you the best search results on the internet.
