but I haven't gotten anywhere. I have no appartment yet; I'm supposed to move to my new appartment the 20th, but now I get here and the Uni screwed up my fellowship disbursement, to the effect that they haven't disbursed a cent, and are charging me $7,750 USian for tuition and appt.
