 My Online Buddies - WTF

My God someone please explain this.
How does one get into my My Online Buddies list? How do I get into theirs?

"None too reliable"?!?!? How about "Here are some random people who have been known to logon once in while"?

Does anyone use it? What is its purpose to begin with?

"My Online Buddies" (MOB) is a triumph of Adequacy's in-house, Proprietary Software Engineering R&D (PSERaD) facility. It continually monitors your Online Activity (OA), both on this site and others, and generates a Detailed User Profile (DUP).

This DUP is then used to match you with other Adequacy users who's OA suggests a DUP closely related to your own. PSERaD's MOB list is therefore a wonderful way for our readers to meet Like-Minded Individuals (L-MIs). You should seek out the people mentioned therein right away!

I have no idea what that bit on the bottom means.

That bit of text on the bottom is starting to make sense.

you'd at least expect some sort of filter to block *your own* name from appearing. Or is the DUP more detailed than we think?

...personals section. You will see that most people are "Anonymous Readers". These are the people interested in casual anonymous sex.
