Still Schumin After All These Years

I used to visit SpinnWebe.com, back when it hosted the Dysfunctional Family Circus. The DFC was taken down as part of the war on terrorism, leaving only Georg Spinne's random diaries.

One of these concerned the sublime Schumin Web, the work of one a lad at James Madison University. Then, as now, it forces one to stare with unblinking, watering eyes, while one's torso spasms and shivers. Glory, absolute and pure.

I'm posting this here because Schumin is now a senior, and I found myself a little nostalgic. Here lies Ozymandias.

I love your photo's shuman. found the pictures of a fire alarm great.

'An innovative, pedal powered, wireless network provides Internet access to off-grid villages in Laos,' using LUNIX-based software which is being localised into the Lao language. The 'Jhai Foundation's makes the Jhari computer, which consists of a single-board PC

I am highly offended at this lad Schumin's use of the word 'Essay' in his so-called 'Photo Essay' section.

As we all learned in secondary school, an essay puts forth a cogent argument in the form of a thesis, which is then heartily reinforced by several proven facts, referenced by some sort of bibliography.

The essay entitled "Wal-Mart" contains no such elements. I am still trying to determine which store stock is more to blame for the downfall of supermarket employee courtesy: the bottle of 'Bug remover washer fluid', or the lone "ams Choice" can atop a vending machine.
