I have a question for the lawyers who visit this site. Is it illegal in the United States of America to compose erotic literature involving minors participating in sexual activities? If so, are there criteria one must satisfy before it is legal, such as how one must include fecal matter in Germany or rape with tentacles in Japan for it to be legal? Before you tell me to look it up, please note that I am feel lazy and have no intention of researching the law on my own.

The Second Amendment ensures freedom of the press, so you're perfectly entitled to write stories about anything you like in USia. You're even allowed to include fecal matter or tentacle rape, which gives you an opportunity to reuse stories that you've written for other markets. Just make sure that you don't write anything libelous and you'll be fine.

As all adequacy readers are aware, the second amendment ensures freedom of everything. Without it, the constitution, the declaration of independence and the bill of rights would just be empty words, backed up by nothing.

it is legal to write such things, whether anyone will read it or you will get money for writing it.. i don't know maybe you would, nothing written is illegal really, why? are there laws aganst some writings where you live? the thing is companys don't have to publish anything they don't want to thats something diffrent, and book stores are the same way, they can sell what they chose

The Shift key causes the letters to be writ in capitals.

It is not difficult, you need only hold it down while striking the key you wish to appear as a capital. I will assume that you are aware of when you should use capitals, and your problem is due to your unfamiliarity with the computer keyboard functions.

In that case, allow me to assure you that it is in fact entirely legal. In fact, it's also legal to have erotic fiction based on real people (even minors!)
