I think that I've heard better versions of those songs. And that in those versions, they sound like different songs, not like the same song with different lyrics.

2. what section of the store to do you think it'll be in? (genre-wise; pop/rock, rap, jazz, etc.?)

I just grabbed a couple of these mp3's and this stuff actually sounds pretty good (and I'm not just kissing your ass, either. I wouldn't feel guilty playing this when other people are hanging around).

If I can find this cd somewhere, I'll be sure to pick it up. :)
