I am aghast: "ESR" turns out to be nothing but an elaborate troll! I am horrified that sombody who is held to be so esteemed by shallow "open source" kiddies turns out to be a giant hoax!

Its well known that the plurality of homoerotic Star Trek slash fanfic comes from ESR. Yes, ESR is the one responsible for creepy stuff like this: "Their lips touched. Well, he claimed to be rich when VA Linux IPOed back in the halcyon days of 1999, when "Underpants Gnomes"-like business plans were considered robust enough to justify stratospheric stock prices for free software companies. He even wrote a piece about his new-found wealth at Slashdot. But he hasn't written one about his current net worth lately.
