Hijacked by people obsessed with writing terribly unfunny diaries about Windows XP, lunix, openBSD, etc etc. Endless bollox about these fantastically boring subjects are becoming a real blight on diaryland - indeed, at times it seems like the diary section is populated by 14 year olds who redirect their awakening desires onto computer hardware.

This is all very well, but it forces normal people away.

Therefore, I have decided to take decisive action: I will delete any such diaries I see from now on that seem to fall into the vague category in my head reserved for people I don't like who are writing diaries solely concerned with these topics.

If you are reasonably mature and intelligent (or female), you can probably safely discard this message and not worry about it, I'm not after you. I'm aiming at the ne'er-do-wells - you know who you are. In fact, just to make it plain for these idiots, I am referring to the sort of tripe written by PotatoError, gcsb, Yoshi and MessiahWWKD.

I've really had enough of that nonsense. It just grows and grows, breeds like the Red Weed till the land is Martian and we are all living underground in sewers subsisting on crusts of bread stolen from the people in the light.

Now, I have no idea whether my fellow adequacy editors agree with me here, I've just decided to take matters into my own hands in the irresponsible sort of way they feared I might and talked about behind my back.

	Why 1,3-? Why not ortho- (1,2-) or para- (1,4-)? Don't the other substituent positions have right to existence too? ...Good old years when I thought I will end up doing chemistry...

	That depends on the flavor of Red Weed. If one were to suggest a 70's "rock opera" interpretation, with appearences from Richard Burton and a whole bunch of easily forgotten wankers whose career effectively ended over 20 years ago, then I say bring on the Red Weed! UUUUULAAAAAAH!!!

	I note that my diary entry is number one on the list, but has inspired more comments (and less bickering) than quite a few front page articles. And it had absolutely nothing to do with Windows, Linux or the fabled "best operating system." Very flattering. Thank you, sir. A troll's true colors.

	What is happening here? First flarners labels me a "troll", and now I am accused of writing tripe. Is there some sort of conspiracy against me? I don't like conspiracies, they make me paranoid. I don't like it when that happens because I have to go and lay down for a bit and do my breathing exercises. This usually ends up making me feel all dizzy and light headed. I can't concentrate after that, I don't like it. Why are you all ganging up on me? This always happens to me, it's not fair. Not fair I tell you! It's all lies, foul evil smelling lies! 	I would like to take this time to apologize for my last diary entry. Only a few hours after I had posted it, I regretted it. I was almost hoping it would get deleted. As a result, I haven't posted a diary (or many entries) in a couple days, for fear that I would say something stupid again. I am now vowing to hold off on diaries until I have something to say that is, (I hope) interesting. I was even about to write a story this week to submit. But I am definitely scrapping that idea. Again, my apologies. _ _ Do you suffer from late-night hacking? Ask your doctor about Protonix.
