The ugly aborted brainchild of fascism, the so-called "progressive liberal democracy" is light on the uptake when it comes to agressive and uncompromising attacks on "ungood" opinions.

The liberalist target "du jour" is the recent surprise near-victory of Le Pen in the elections -- I don't want to argue about whether Le Pen is a good person and whether his opinions are worthwhile; regardless of all that, what is obvious to me is that an honest man has a right to express his honest opinion, especially if you are going to maintain the facade of a liberal democracy.

But, as we all know, to a liberalist, the word "democracy" is really a euphemism for "do as we tell you because ungood thoughts will be re-educated".

Required reading is here, on my favourite satanist and pedophile website.

Le Pen (none / 0) (#1)
by Anonymous Reader on Mon Apr 22nd, 2002 at 04:13:38 PM PST
I'd like to see him win as that will put the French in a really embarassing position and as an Englishmen I like to see our main enemy suffer.

I'd like to see that too, (none / 0) (#3)

And for the same reason :-).
Those people who are afraid of the Fascist European Superstate will be even more worried, they can add Le Pen to the list of Fascist leaders along with Haider, Berlusconi, and Blair.

How long before they abolish voting altogether ?

le pen is not a prbblem to the liberalists (none / 0) (#2)

The French, unfortunately, have been suffering from moral deficiency and hatred of Christ for more than 200 years, since their last legitimate government was overthrown. Although there are "conservative" parties the only real goal of the political establishment, which the exception of noble individuals such as Le Pen, is to implement Marxist-Leninism and criminalize individual initiative. Unfortunately for them, the only thing French people like more than Communism is not voting, and Le Pen was able to advance in the runoff.

Le Pen is a socialist, sorry to break it to you. He likes the free market about as much as Adequacy stands by its no troll policy.

Europe IS starting to worry me (none / 0) (#4)
by Mr Somebody on Wed Apr 24th, 2002 at 04:42:49 AM PST
with all these far right wingers crawling out the woodwork. Even the marvellous Dutch aren't impervious! Makes a pro-Euro Brit like me have second thoughts. Is the price of European integration really increased fascism? We've been her before fellas, & it was a bad idea last time!
I am heartenned to see the French youth bucking up their ideas now, shrugging off their apathy and getting out protesting against Le Pen. Shame more of them didn't vote in the primaries though, innit?
Needless to say, I shall be down the polling centre in a few weeks, when England has council elections. I urge all other right thinking compatriots to do likewise.
