	It should read "English lack of self-control.", "I am sick of these English morons" and "why do so many Limeys act like this?". Here's a simple test: look up "british football hooligans" on Google -- 98 results. Look up "english football hooligans" -- 413 results. That's over 4 times as many. Obviously, there are Scottish and Irish hooligans, but it's not a central ethos of those countries, as it is in England.

	Surely you meant "scottish football hooligans", which returns 6 results. If we searched for just english football hooligans, we get 12000 hits, which is once again 4 times as many. I am, of course, completely aware of the cesspool that is Glasgow, but the gruesome twosome pale into insignificance when compared to East-End London Millwall. On your main point, this "public school-educated" lout is clearly bending the truth to make himself seem civilised and important. If he was a real "toff", he'd be at one of the many Oxford or Cambridge colleges, not Leicester university. You simply don't get toffs from the Midlands. adequacy.org -- because it isn't

	when you put anti English hatreds aside (almost 17,000 hits sadly). This so called toff's story does not add up. It is well known that the Midlands are a hotbed of Islamic extremism so it is possible that he was converted to the cause by an Al Qaeda cell in Leicester University. No doubt he was spying for the enemies of the world's first democracy thereby explaining why he was in such a seedy locale. Perhaps the authorities should be notified?

	I believe that if the police had inspected the young mans bottom they would have found a hidden Al Qaeda spy camera. Itis my belief that he was getting properganda material to show the decadency of the West. It is true there are no real toffs from the mid-lands.
