	It's one thing to rag on a man for a lack of basic communication skills. It's another to condemn him for a typo. Blair can at least make himself understood in his own language without a translater having to step in to say "what the Prime Minister really meant was..." In that regard, Blair is an absolutely genius when compared to Dubya. Probably in more ways than one, but that's the most obvious. A troll's true colors.

	So, my statement that a single typo does not make Blair illiterate somehow translates to the fact that I think he's qualified to launch nuclear weapons? That Bush's inability to construct a coherent sentence is somehow related to my hero-worship of Blair? You, sir, have amazing powers of deduction. I learn new things from you all the time! 	Most of us don't, especially when he allies himself to a man regarded even by his own countrymen as a buffoon. But he was elected with a huge majority, whereas George W. Bush, er, wasn't. I note that the writer of "It was not a type" (did he mean "typo"?) has a bizarre notion of punctuation, and a tendency to share his stock of vocabulary with a former and rightly disgraced US president. And the phrase is "try TO gloss over", not "try AND gloss over"; "try to" means "attempt to", whereas "try and" implies that the attempt is successful. All those errors in three short lines of "English"! Now what does that tell us about him (assuming we apply his own rather doubtful criterion)?

	Since Tony Blair is a type of British Royalty, he must have had servants to spell words for him. It is only natural that he makes mistakes on those rare moments where he has to spell words for himself. The same goes for George Bush, who has the same first name as a former British king, King George. People like having kings and queens, even if they can't spell.

	Your diary reeks of racism! What makes you think spelling has anything to do with intelligence? Only an ignorant white male would think such a thing! Spelling (and writing as a whole) is supposed to be an organic, flexible, and holistic endeavor! Words can be deliberately misspelled to create a sense of urgency, or to lend a slightly different meaning to the word. Rough spelling indicates a toughness which can only be earned by living on the inner city streets. It doesn't mean the writer is any less intelligent -- in fact, it means the opposite -- the writer who cannot spell is more intelligent than the one who can spell, because it tells us that the writer has street smarts, which is the only intelligence worth having. -- Revolution from Below!
